UFS Application Requirements

1. Certified copy of your Identification Documents (ID)
2. Certified copy of your Grade 12 exam results or
3. Certified copy of your Grade 11 (if you’re currently doing Grade 12)
4. Email address and Phone Number.

NOTE: Once your online application has been submitted and processed, you will receive a student number (Reference number). Receiving a student number (Reference number) does NOT imply that you have been accepted by the University of the Free State yet.
