SMU Online Application Closing Dates
The management of Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University has made open its online application portal and also made it known to everyone that the period for this opening will be from the 1st of April, down to the 31st of July for the undergraduate application and 30th of August for the postgraduate applications. So prospective students who would like to be students of SMU by 2025 should start applying now as no late application will be accepted by the University.
Documents Required For Application Online
- Certified copy of your ID/passport document (compulsory).
- Certified Grade 11 end-of-year examination results (for those currently in grade 12) or your National Senior/Matric/IEB Certificate (if you have already completed Grade 12).
- Those rewriting NSC, must indicate on the application and submit proof of re-writing.
- Certified copies of your degree certificate(s) and academic record (if you attended or are currently a student at SMU or another university).
- Certified copy of your marriage certificate (if applicable).
- Proof of payment of the compulsory and non-refundable application fee of R300.00
